TIFTON – Tift County has reported two confirmed COVID-19 cases since Sunday, according to the Georgia Department of Public Health Wednesday.
Tift County has reported 96 deaths since the start of the pandemic, according to the GDPH. The county records 29 probable COVID-19-related deaths.
Tift County has reported 3,420 cases since the pandemic began last year, according to the GDPH, and 1,434 antigen cases – an increase of 11 since Sunday; antigen cases are results from rapid virus tests.
The county has reported 414 Tift residents have been hospitalized because of the coronavirus since the start of the pandemic, according to the GDPH.
