TIFTON – Tift County reports six confirmed COVID-19 cases in recent days, according to the Georgia Department of Public Health Sunday.
Tift County has reported 96 deaths since the start of the pandemic, according to the GDPH. The county records 29 probable COVID-19-related deaths.
Tift County has reported 3,427 cases since the pandemic began last year, according to the GDPH, and 1,437 antigen cases – an increase of one case since the previous day; antigen cases are results from rapid virus tests.
The county has reported 414 Tift residents have been hospitalized because of the coronavirus since the start of the pandemic, according to the GDPH.
