TIFTON – Tift County has reported one confirmed COVID-19 case since Friday, according to the Georgia Department of Public Health Sunday.
Tift County has reported 96 deaths since the start of the pandemic, according to the GDPH. The county records 29 probable COVID-19-related deaths.
Tift County has reported 3,404 cases since the pandemic began last year, according to the GDPH, and 1,420 antigen cases – five new cases since Friday; antigen cases are results from rapid virus tests.
The county has reported 412 Tift residents have been hospitalized because of the coronavirus since the start of the pandemic, according to the GDPH.
