Police reports for October 6

Crime brief:

• A woman reported Tuesday that someone stole all of the copper wire and tubing from under a rental house in the 2900 block of King Drive that was under her care.

Esteban Mendoza Ramirez, 23, 309 S. Park Ave., was charged Tuesday with a noise violation and driving without a license.

Sheriff’s Dept.

Jose Borja Hernandez, 47, 1410 Avondale Ave., was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Steven Eugene Holsenbeck, 45, 331 Elizabeth Circle, was charged Tuesday with a probation violation.

Marvin Miller, 57, 613 Sugar St., was charged Wednesday with DUI, driving with a suspended or revoked license, missing or defective headlights, missing or inoperative tail/tag lights, failure to maintain lane, operation of vehicle on approach of authorized emergency vehicles violation, improper lane change and an open container violation.

Tamekia Lee Pittman, 30, 4814 Mustang Drive, Albany, was charged Tuesday with a probation violation.

Tronyel Leteif Rutland, 38, 2730 Highway 41 S., Lot 1, was charged Tuesday with a probation violation.

Kenny Lee Scarberry Jr., 29, 1201 Ferry Lake Road, was charged Tuesday with failure to maintain lane, reckless driving, duty of driver to stop at or return to the scene of an accident, operation of vehicle on approach of authorized emergency vehicles violation and two counts of failure to stop at sign.

Justin Clinton Tyler, 27, 133 Fulwood Blvd., was charged Tuesday with DUI, an open container violation, failure to maintain lane and giving a false name, address or birth date to a law enforcement officer.
