Kim Evette Smith, 41, of Tifton,  died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Southview Mortuary, Inc. Professional  Care and services are Entrusted to Southview Mortuary, Inc.

Joyce Hamilton Crandall, 84, died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013 at Golden Living Center of Tifton. Graveside services  will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2:30 p.m. preceding the funeral Saturday at Hancock Funeral Home, 427 S. Lee St., Americus. Survivors include two daughters, Donna C. Bolt of Watertown, N.Y. and Lynne E. Crandall of Tifton; one son, Dean Crandall of Texas; five sisters, Jean McAnally of Vienna, Lavonia Hobgood of Tifton, Joan Crumpton of Americus, Frances McDonald of Arden, N.C. and Lucy White of Griffin. Lois Josephine Lindsey, 78, of Hahira, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013 at South Georgia Medical Center. Funeral serves will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Salem Primitive Baptist Church in Adel. Interment will follow at Money Family Cemetery in Cook County. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday at Boone funeral Home, 1804 S. Hutchinson Ave., Adel. She is survived by three sons, Robert "Butch" Lindsey of LaGrange, James Perry Lindsey of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and Johnathan Lee Lindsey of Virginia Beach, Va.; and a daughter, Mary L. Clinton Lee Overby, 71, of Norcross, died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013 at Embracing Hospice Care in Snellsville. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Perry Funeral Chapel in Ashburn. The family will receive friends from noon until the hour of service Saturday at Perry Funeral Chapel. Survivors include his children, Rebecca Lee Colvin of Lilburn and Maria Elizabeth Overby of Douglasville; step-son, Victor Manual Palumbo of Evanston, Ill; mother of his children, Maria Julia Overby of Douglasville; brothers, Clarence Overby of Verbena, Ala. and H.D.
