Jannie Timmons Hutto

ASHBURN — Jannie Timmons Hutto, 83, of Ashburn, died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at her residence in Ashburn following an extended illness. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at Sycamore Baptist Church with burial to follow at Arabi Cemetery in Arabi. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 tonight at Perry Funeral Chapel.

Mrs. Hutto was born in Cordele to the late Lucius D. and Audress Orene Adkins Timmons. She was a homemaker and a member of the Sycamore Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas C. Hutto, and two sons, Carlos H. and Danny G. Hutto.

Mrs. Hutto is survived by one son, Durwood (Connie) Hutto, of Arabi, and her daughters, Orene Cameron (the widow of the late Thomas Cameron) of Sycamore, Merie (Cecil) Adams of Fitzgerald, Tommie Jean (G.W.) Stone of Tifton, Joyce (Lamar) Sirmans of Sycamore, Janice (Wayne) Varnadore of Sycamore and Cindy (Kevin) Kjeldgaard of Arabi. Also surviving are nine grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and two sisters, Shirley Mann of Warwick and Lucille Andrews of Cordele.
