On Tuesday at 5 p.m., the Tift County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a missing person. Carl Willis, 76, was reported missing by his daughter, Carla Hall, in the area of E.R. Willis Road and Hall Road in western Tift County.
Willis’ Polaris Ranger was located in the Little River and Willis was located later approximately 500 yards from his ATV. He was transported to a nearby Tift County EMS unit and transported to Tift Regional Medical Center and appeared coherent but exhausted.
