Police report for October 18

Sheriff’s Dept.

Billy Wayne Franklin Jr., 23, 1893 1/2 Highway 82 East, was charged Sunday with abandonment of  dependent child support.

Tonya Ramona Redding, 38, 718 17 1/2 St., was charged Saturday with public indecency and public drunkenness.

Brian Steven Rugg, 36, 14 Brookfield-Nashville Road, was charged Friday with burglary and giving a false name, address or birth date to an officer.

Anthony Duane Scarborough, 26, 150 Brookfield-Lenox Road, Brookfield, was charged Sunday with abandonment of child support and possession of marijuana (misdemeanor).

Lacey Lorraine Scarborough, 19, 150 Brookfield-Lenox Road, was charged Sunday with a probation violation, obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force and possession of marijuana (misdemeanor).

Toney Anthony Burks, 48, 1507 S. Central Ave., was charged Friday with a probation violation.

Gordon Ray Harbin, 57, 1103 Newton Drive, was charged Friday with a probation violation.

Marcus Demond Hurley, 27, 603 W. Eighth St., was charged Saturday with theft by taking.

Justin Patrick MacDonald, 29,  60 Cedar Ridge Road, was charged Saturday with two counts of theft by taking.

Lasonda Lashae Smith, 29, 514 Poplar St., was charged Friday with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Cameron Tyler Stinson, 20, 7129 SW 81st Drive, Gainesville, Fla., was charged Friday with speeding and driving with a suspended license.

Henry Harding Vance, 48, 1495 Chula-Brookfield Road, was charged Friday with entering auto and theft by taking.

Gregory Patrick Horne, 34, 503 E. 14th St., was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

Victor Climaco Palomeque, 33, 155 Parkway Drive Lot 33, was charged Sunday with speeding, driving without a license and DUI (alcohol).

Charles Ray Polk, 40, 585 Rodeo St. NW, Atlanta, was charged Saturday with public drunkenness.

Uriel Posada, 18, 17 NE Rowan Road, Mayo, Fla., was charged Saturday with loitering or prowling, possession of alcohol under 21 and littering.

Jemeela Keeyanna Stokes, 23, 4114 Plaza Drive, was charged Friday with theft by deception.

Malcolm Jamal Strozier, 18, 2704 Solomon Nixon Place, was charged Friday with theft by taking.

Susana Orosco Saldana, 32, 601 Wiregrass Court, was charged Saturday with driving without a license.

Eric Lamond Tabor, 29, 507 E. Sixth St. Apt. B, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.
