TIFTON —

Richard Franklin “Dick” Kelley, 93, of Tifton, died Thursday, May 1, 2014, at the Rehabilitation Center of South Georgia. The service will be announced later. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy M. Rowe Kelley of Tifton; his five sons, Jessie Kelley of Sumner, Franklin Kelley of Tifton, Malcolm Kelley of Ty Ty, Johnny Kelley and David Kelley both of Tifton; special children, Kenny Connell and Charles Connell both of Tifton and Phyllis Price of Sycamore. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Legion, P.O. Box 311, Tifton, GA 31793 or to any veterans organization of the donor’s choice. You may sign the guest registry at www.albritton-beaumontfuneralhome.com. Albritton-Beaumont Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
