Dwight Walker

WHITE SPRINGS, Fla. — Dwight Walker, 77, of White Springs, Fla., formerly of Tifton, died Friday, Jan. 31, 2014, at North Florida Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of the Dees-Parrish Family Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Interment with full military honors will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Florida National Cemetery at Bushnell. Mr. Walker is survived by his wife of 46 years, Laura Whitton Walker; and his daughters, Tracy Godbold of White Springs and Janice Crumley of Omega. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Suwannee River Breast Cancer Awareness Association, P.O. Box 1394, Lake City, Fla. 32056.
