Rants & Raves - April 17

This is in reference about animal control doing their job: I live in the area of 16th and Davis. It is the owner of the dog to man up and keep his dog inside a fence, Second of all, I know for a fact that animal control has been in the area riding through the streets looking for animals that they have recieved calls about. And last, if you have a problem, call the animal shelter and request a trap. They will be glad to bring one out. They do a great job for the manpower that Tifton/Tift County allowes them to have.
We sure do miss the folks that used to be at Affinity to help you get registered for your test. Pat was one of the best. She always made sure my account was up to date.
I would like to thank the Tift County Sheriff’s Office and Tifton Police for beefing up patrol and security in the African-American neighborhoods. With all the shooting and fighting going on, it’s nice to see them protecting us and not harassing us for a change. Not all of us are criminals, and we appreciate the job that you all do! Some of us actually do support you all!
This is a rave for all the employees at West Campus Endoscopy. I had a procedure there recently and everyone was very courteous and professional. Keep up the great work.
