Andrew Paul “Drew” King

PHENIX CITY, Ala. — Andrew Paul “Drew” King, 31, of Phenix City, Ala. passed away peacefully at his residence Monday, Feb. 17, 2014.

A celebration of Drew’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Vance Memorial Chapel Phenix City, Ala. with Rob Wilmot officiating.

Drew was born in Modesto, Calif., the son of Paul W. King and Angela Stumbo King. Drew graduated from Tift County High School and was also a graduate of Georgia State University. After completing college, Drew worked as a legal clerk for a law firm in Atlanta. Drew loved recording music, he was an avid reader and he enjoyed playing video games.  His greatest love in life was his family and the times they shared together.

In addition to his parents, Drew is survived by his maternal grandparents, Philip and Nell Stumbo of Oxford, Ala.; a brother, Joshua Philip King of Orlando, Fla.; and many loving friends and relatives.

Vance Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
