Police report for April 16

TIFTON POLICE DEPT.

Paris Cyrus, 21, 112 Brandi St., Fort Valley, was charged Thursday with speeding and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Atreau Javoska Davis, 20, 900 W. Gordon St., Valdosta, was charged Thursday with a probation violation.

Thomas James Davis, 17, 433 Tifton-Eldorado Road, was charged Saturday with underage possession of alcohol.

Kevin Rashad Dumas, 20, 1309 Brookvale Ave., was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct.

Juan Emilio Esterez, 35, 2040 N. Lamon Ave., Chicago, Ill., was charged Thursday with driving without a license and speeding.

James Lee Handley, 64, 112 Brookfield-Lenox Road, Brookfield, was charged Sunday with simple battery (family violence).

Nakita Monrell Hardy, 26, 641 Bellview Circle, was charged Friday with violation of a family violence order and simple assault.

Hannah Lynn Homansky, 20, 67 Jackson Ave., Albion, Pa., was charged Friday with underage possession of alcohol.

Dalton Driver Layfield, 18, 414 W. 14th St., was charged Saturday with underage possession of alcohol.

William Shane Raby, 19, 138 Meadows Road, Sylvester, was charged Friday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Heather Nicole Scott, 22, 48 Kathy Lane, Enigma, was charged Saturday with theft by deception and theft by taking.

Auscencio Banda Tovar, 32, 225 Elm St., Douglas, was charged Saturday with possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute.

Jana Whiddon, 20, 202 Morning Glory Trail, Perry, was charged Friday with underage possession of alcohol.

Jamilla Najural Whitehead, 17, 105 W. 11th St., was charged Friday with aggravated battery.

Robert Allen Brown, 45, 99 Tifton-Eldorado Road, Apt. 2-B, was charged Sunday with a probation violation.

Cassandra Michelle Brownlee, 26, 382 Highway 125 S., Lot E-6, was charged Thursday with two probation violations.

Tracy Lynn Carleton, 38, 712 Walden St., Thomasville, was charged Friday with a probation violation.

Jimmy Fred Coleman, 36, 3815 Carpenter Road, was charged Friday with failure to appear.

William Charles Foster, 37, 4008 Catalina Drive, Bradenton, Fla., was charged Saturday with speeding and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Nicholas Lee Garcia, 34, 72 Windy Hill Road, Lot 1, was charged Friday with a probation violation.

Amy Gay, 24, 196 Larry Dunn Road, Omega, was charged Thursday with DUI, failure to maintain lane and distracted driver violation.

Brittaney Monique Johnson, 23, 3041 Landrum Drive S.W., Atlanta, was charged Friday with speeding and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jordan Tyler Lovett, 21, 31 Brandi Lane, was charged Saturday with theft by taking and obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force.

Tracy Jerome Prater, 39, 382 Ga. Highway 125 S., Lot 65, was charged Sunday with simple battery (family violence) and cruelty to children in the third degree.

Tedrick Loran Smith, 42, 618 W. Washington St., was charged Sunday with abandonment of dependent child support.
