Rants & Raves - January 29

I would just like to share with Tifton that I am a student at Abac and I was really discouraged about my classes , until I ran into three workers who were so happy and smiling that they made my day. They are the custodial workers on campus. I would like to tell my three amigos (guardian angels) thanks for getting me through with your warm smiles and kind words we need more like you three.
Thank you Jack Stone and employees at Western Auto Store for friendly and helpful service.
A rave for the lady who helped the law enforcement catch the murderers in Omega. She should be given a monetary reward, only for what she did, but to encourage others to come forward when they see crimes happening. However, be careful. I would rather 20 guilty people went free rather than one innocent person be locked up and you don't want people turning in people who are innocent in order to collect money. Use their testimony as a first step in your investigation.
I would like to personally send a huge rave to the staff and management of Dairy Queen on Tift Avenue for an excellent job of customer service during this past Saturday’s Customer Appreciation Day. I, along with countless others, visited the restaurant to find the parking area crowded and the dining room filled to capacity. Every employee was working beyond expectation to make sure each order was filled to the customer’s satisfaction. I was pleased to watch these staff members in action. I know that Dairy Queen management is grateful for the dedication of their staff. Way to go!
