9-10 All-Stars finish 3rd

TIFTON — The Tift County Recreation Department 9- and 10-year-old All-Stars recently competed for the district tournament in Thomasville. Tift lost their first game to Sumter County June 21 and came back with a win later that afternoon against Mitchell County.  Last Tuesday, the All-Stars opened with a win against Worth County that then forced them to play Sumter again. Tift  fought hard for the victory, which then led them to their final loss against Bainbridge, which gave them a third place finish overall.
