Joyce Parramore

ADEL — Joyce Parramore, 79, of Adel died Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at South Georgia Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Stanley Ellis officiating. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday  from 2 p.m. until hour of services.

She was born Nov. 1, 1934 in Naxipater, Miss. to the late Edward Demar Wilkes and the late Ruth Suttle. She was a homemaker and attended the Nashville Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Buddy and Bobby Wilkes.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Robert "Bob" Parramore of Adel; two daughters, Margaret (Wayne) Clements of West Berrien and Kimberly Lee (Ronnie) Pearson ; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Ruth Flanders of Sparks; and brother, Allen J. "Pete" Wilkes of Mississippi.

Lovein Funeral Home, Nashville is in charge of arrangements.
