Pastor Installation
BROOKFIELD — Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 105 Brookfield/Lenox Rd. will hold its pastor’s installation service at at 3 p.m. June 22. The guest speaker will be Pastor Emanuel Brown of Piney Grove Baptist Church, Adel. The pastor is the Rev James Pitts.
VANCEVILLE — Vanceville Congregational Church will hold its homecoming at 10:30 a.m. June 22. The speaker will be Bro. Steve Hand. Lunch will be served. The pastor is Brantley Seymour.
Church Dedication
TIFTON — Bethany Missionary Baptist Church, 146 TyTy-Sycamore Road, will hold its church dedication service at 11 a.m. June 22. Pastor L. C. Burks and Christ Church will be the guest church. 
TIFTON — Zion Hope Baptist Church, 353 Zion Hope Road, will hold its Vacation Bible School from 5:30 until 8:45 p.m. June 23-27. Ages 3 and up are invited to attend. A fun-filled kickoff pre-registration will be held from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. June 21. There will be fun, food and games for all. The pastor is Dr. Michael Slaven.
Pirates of The Care A Being
VALDOSTA — Kingdom Kidz at Southland Church, 2206 East Hill Ave., will host “Pirates of The Care A Being,” from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. June 27-28 and from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. June 29. There will be a prize toss, puppets and characters, Captain Hooke, Jolly Rogers, Sea Rover and Scallywags. Everyone is invited  and encouraged to wear sandals and shorts. Food and water inflatables will follow after the service Sunday. For more information call 229-245-8188.
Free Concert
SUMNER — Oneless Ministries will hold a free concert event featuring Jen Lilley ("Theresa Donovan" on Days of Our Lives)  at 7 p.m.  June 28 at the Sumner Auditorium. A drawing for a Sunday Brunch with Jen Lilley will be held during the concert. Raffle tickets are $25.  All proceeds will go to Oneless Ministry to help fight human trafficking and slavery. for more information call 229-776-7211 or 206-2623.
