Rants & Raves - April 30

TIFTON —

Dr. Benjamin Hess is a wonderful doctor at Affinity. I swapped to him for care and right away he has me on the right track. I would recommend him to everyone.

Thank you Tift Regional Medical Center for having such a sweet, caring, knowledgeable and professionally dressed young lady at the Affinity registration area. Christy P. is very efficient, thorough and knows insurance quite well. Christy P. is definitely a leader and should be in a management setting with her knowledge of the insurance.

The people working at Chik-fil-A are always so sweet and professional. They have the best customer service ever. I enjoy the Tuesday kids nights.

Tifton is so fortunate to have a Publix in our town. On my daughter's birthday, I called in the early afternoon to hopefully order a cake for that day. I fully expected the bakery worker to tell me that it was way too late to place an order for the same day pickup. That is not what happened at all! He cheerfully assured me that they would be happy to help me. As a matter of fact, he acted as if I were doing him a favor to order a same day cake. Three hours later, I picked up a beautifully decorated cake that was absolutely delicious! I wish every business had employees like Publix. Hats off to superb customer service. Other businesses could learn a lot from Publix! Publix, you are appreciated!

Big thank you to Quailwood Animal Hospital doctors and all personnel. You are awesome and amazing. You have always been so great to my babies. I appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for all of your hard work, love and attention.
