Police report for April 2

TIFTON POLICE DEPT.

Gary Monatrieva Akins, 25, 106 Griffin St., was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended or revoked license and four child restraint violations.

Samuel James Almond, 36, 418 11th Court N.W., Moultrie, was charged Friday with DUI and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Juan Jose Becerra, 49, 155 Parkway Drive, Lot 45, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended or revoked license and failure to stop at sign.

Marquis Antonio Cogdell, 23, 1646 W. 45th St., Apt. D-319, Jacksonville, Fla., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended or revoked license and missing tail/tag lights.

Alfredo Cortez Jr., 34, 6011 Third Ave., Kenosha, Wis., was charged Wednesday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Gabelle Shamonick Dixon, 22, 800 Broward Road, Apt. A-203, Jacksonville, Fla., was charged Sunday with driving with an expired license.

Merchea Depre Green, 25, 101 Benjamin St., was charged Friday with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime.

Aaron Lee Hall, 21, Valdosta Motel, No. 135, Valdosta, was charged Wednesday with a probation violation.

Jose Hernandez, 21, 10056 Bussey Road, Sycamore, was charged Thursday with robbery.

Deraven Demarcus Hurley, 22, 3116 First Ave., was charged Saturday with public drunkenness.

Terry James, 48, 2540 Palmer Road, Meigs, was charged Friday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Deontray Martice Johnson, 22, 1745 Wells Road, Apt. 301, Orange Park, Fla., was charged Sunday with driving with an expired license.

Eli Burton Luke, 20, 74 Hall Mixon Road, was charged Friday with underage possession of alcohol.

Timothy Brooks Martin, 23, 1110 Newton Drive, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct.

Robert B. Pennington, 19, 1451 Cox Road, Madison, was charged Friday with underage possession of alcohol.

Jessica Dassey Pina, 20, 155 Parkway Drive, Lot 56, was charged Friday with contempt of court.

Erik Scott Riley, 18, 277 Crossroad School Road, Butler, was charged Friday with underage possession of alcohol.

Quntavion Dewayne Spivey, 20, 120-F Central Ave., was charged Wednesday with three counts of rape.

Michael Douglas Stone, 35, 132 Deer Run St., Fitzgerald, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct.
