Quarnisha Shanta Alexander, 21, 99 Tifton Eldorado Road, was charged Friday with DUI, defective or obstructed windshields, driving without a license, an open container violation and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Mary Rizzardi Askew, 50, 113 Ashwood Court, Leesburg, was charged Saturday with DUI and defective equipment.

Conerous Dwayne Barthell, 21, 110 13 1/2 St., was charged Saturday with a probation violation.

Christopher Laban Bryant, 36, 217 Alder St., Adel, was charged Tuesday with obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force, theft by receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm by convicted felons and first offenders.

Demetris Maurice Collins, 27, 1501 Myrtle St., Apt B-4, Valdosta, was charged Thursday, Dec. 20 with driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Vince Cleo Copeland, 30, 720 Timmons Drive, Apt. 11, was charged Sunday with unwanted person on the premises of another.

Elizabeth Ann Dean, 19, 129 Ponce De Leon St., was charged Friday with an open container violation, underage possession of alcohol and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Edwin Duque, 19, 154 Sundance Road, was charged Thursday, Dec. 20 with underage possession of alcohol.

Luis Angel Duque, 18, 155 Parkway Drive, was charged Thursday, Dec. 20 with underage possession of alcohol.

Latonya Elise Eckford, 39, 1414 Prince Ave., Apt. A, was charged Tuesday with DUI, failure to maintain lane and an open container violation.

Kevin Nicholas Edenfield, 34, 128 Bass Bennett Lane, was charged Thursday, Dec. 20 with an open container violation and a probation violation.

Raymond Randy Golson, 54, 1433 N. Central Ave., Apt 3, was charged Saturday with battery.

Alexis Gomez, 17, 155 Parkway Drive, was charged Thursday, Dec. 20 with driving without a license.

Steven Eugene Holsenbeck, 46, 331 Elizabeth Circle, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct.

Thomas Jerome Howard, 27, 1307 Brookvale Drive, was charged Thursday, Dec. 20 with possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime and aggravated assault.

Justin Jacoby Jackson, 19, 2822 Rainwater Road, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct.

Donald Lamar James, 47, 1113 S. Central Ave., Lot 10, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct.

Shaquera Tiarra Jenkins, 20, 310 Vick St., Albany, was charged Saturday with theft by shoplifting.

Shazuint Michelle Jenkins, 26, 602 17th Ave., Albany, was charged Saturday with theft by shoplifting.

Dominique Rashae Jones, 18, 3103 First Ave., was charged Friday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, an open container violation and underage possession of alcohol.

Kelvin Kolvaski McCoy, 31, 3334 Sweetbrier Road, Albany, was charged Saturday with theft by shoplifting.

Larry Donel Nichols Jr., 33, 4 Pertilla Place, Apt. 23, was charged Thursday, Dec. 20 with loitering or prowling.

Austin Allyn Odum, 24, 3470 Doerun Norman Road, Moultrie, was charged Saturday with public drunkenness.

Eric Donell Redding, 27, was charged Tuesday with aggressive begging and unwanted person on the premises of another.

Tynica Latrice Stevens, 28, 1621 N. Park Ave., was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct.

Vincent Rey Trevino, 17, 1220 Susex Drive, Apt. L-82, was charged Thursday, Dec. 20 with underage possession of alcohol and an open container violation.

Terry Dewayne Wetherington, 30, 34 Ansly Road, Ty Ty, was charged Thursday, Dec. 20 with possession of cocaine.

Sharae Mercy Wolford, 23, 99 Tifton Eldorado Road, Apt. 10, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended or revoked license and an open container violation.
