Rants & Raves - February 5

TIFTON —

Skip Hill & Associates: We greatly appreciate what you did for us. We pray God will richly bless you and your family. God bless you!

Kudos for Omega Chief of Police Eric Windmoller. He visited homes in the area to make sure people were OK. Thanks, Eric!

This is a rave for one of the employees at Affinity Clinic. Her name is Donna Wynn. She is a nurse there at the clinic and I have had to speak with her several times in helping me. She always has a great attitude when speaking with me and you can just feel her smile through the phone. I just wanted to say keep up the great work Donna and thank you for your warmth and compassion for patients! You truly are an asset to Tift Regional.

Harvey's is a great place to shop. The people are friendly and helpful. I've shopped there a long time and plan to continue shopping there.

Congratulations to Eastside Baptist. You have done well to choose Jackie as the new church queen with her loyal sidekick Connie at her side. The puppet ministry really did the trick. She is a perfect picture of what the church will become.

Thank you to the ladies at the Tift Avenue Dairy Queen for your excellent customer service! This fast food restaurant achieves what others strive for. These girls are always happy to be at work and regularly go above and beyond. Keep up the good work!

This is a rave for Mrs. Lois Harper at Walls of Books. She is such a sweet and helpful young lady. Thank you so very much.

I'd like to send a rave to the person in driving through town on Saturday around lunch in a white Nissan. He/she actually used his/her turn signal. This is the first time I've seen this type of action in Tift County. Keep it up as it is respectful to others. Maybe next I'll even spot someone stopping at a stop sign!
