Ga. GOP announces debates

The Georgia Republican Party will host seven debates throughout Georgia for candidates seeking the U.S. Senate seat now held by retiring Sen. Saxby Chambliss.  By organizing debates in all four corners of the state, the Georgia GOP will provide voters with more access, more information and more opportunities to interact with the Republican candidates for Senate.

The Georgia GOP will partner with district and county Republicans to organize and promote the following debates:

• Jan. 18 – Adel

• Feb. 1 – Kennesaw

• Feb. 22 – Gainesville

• March 8 – Macon

• March 29 – Savannah

• April 19 – Augusta

• May 10 – Columbus

The first debate in Adel will be held at the Cook County High School Performing Arts Center, located at 9900 Georgia Highway 37 in Adel. All debates are on Saturdays and will begin promptly at 6 p.m.
