Police report for January 7

TIFTON POLICE DEPT.

Marcus Torrez Banks, 39, 162 S. Poplar St., Ty Ty, was charged Tuesday with two counts of theft by taking and robbery by intimidation.

James Lewis Barker, 25, 194 Aubrey Sutton Road, Lenox, was charged Wednesday with aggravated child molestation.

Brian Keith Bennett, 17, 315 Wilson St., was charged Wednesday with underage possession of alcohol.

Michael James Cline, 33, 21 Courtney Way, Lot 6, Ray City, was charged Wednesday with a probation violation.

Darriel Stafford Durham, 47, 3015 Third Ave., was charged Wednesday with driving with an expired license and failure to stop at sign.

Brandon Lamarque Farley, 25, 110 Branch Road, was charged Wednesday with DUI/alcohol.

Travis Kendell Holt, 25, 1418 Missouri Ave., was charged Monday with theft by deception.

Lee James Lassetter, 22, of Chula, was charged Dec. 28 with obstruction with force and theft by shoplifting.

Demetrice Shun Riggins, 19, 2101 Oak Ave., was charged Wednesday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Quinzel Artease Wallace, 24, 1424 Prince Ave., was charged Wednesday with unwanted person on the premises of another.

Henry Bernard Batts, 28, 1001 Doc Melton Sr. Drive, Lot 3, was charged Wednesday with DUI/alcohol, driving with a suspended or revoked license and failure to maintain lane.

Frederick Lanier Carter, 47, 249 Mossy Oaks Drive, Sylvester, was charged Tuesday with DUI/alcohol refusal, speeding, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane.

Juan Colchado, 24, 403 Chesnutt Ave., was charged Tuesday with driving without a license and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

Helen Coleman, 57, 1116 Fletcher Road, was charged Tuesday with driving without a license.

Jeffery Allen Harris, 36, 39 Sherri Lane, was charged Monday with maintaining a disorderly house and obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force.

Raymond Jesse Jones III, 21, 1225 E. 12th St., was charged Tuesday with failure to stop at sign and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Timothy McEntyre, 37, 2493 Highway 82 E., was charged Monday with driving with a suspended or revoked license and missing tail/tag lights.

Robert Arthur Miller, 37, 2515 Highway 82 E., Brookfield, was charged Tuesday with a probation violation.

Cesar Perez, 28, 155 Parkway Drive, Lot 3, was charged Wednesday with DUI/alcohol, driving with a suspended or revoked license and missing or defective headlights.

Carlos Rangel, 17, 1776 Fletcher Road, was charged Wednesday with DUI/alcohol, failure to maintain lane and missing tail/tag lights.

Emmanuel Rangel, 21, 2822 Rainwater Road, Apt. 24, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended or revoked license, defective equipment and a safety restraint violation.

Isiah Richardson, 50, 607 Whiddon St., was charged Tuesday with a probation violation.

Brian Otis Sumner, 42, 178 Lower Brookfield Road, was charged Tuesday with abandonment of dependent child support.

Terry Lee Walker, 49, 605 21st St. W., was charged Tuesday with loitering or prowling.
