Tift All-Stars defeat Moultrie

By Kyle Dean/Sports Editor

Walker, on another wild pitch, was tagged out at home to preserve the tie.

Pritchett then singled to start a new rally and was followed by another single by Jordan. A wild pitch put the runners on second and third with one out, and Glisson delivered the game winner on an RBI groundout to the shortstop to give Tift the 16-15 victory.

Goforth pitched six innings to earn the win, while Moultrie’s Johnathan Vickers took the loss.

Roberts finished with eight RBI’s for Moultrie.
