Police report for June 21

Crime briefs:

• A woman reported that her child’s father forced her to drive him to her home with a pistol pointed at her head. She reported that when they were almost to her residence, he back handed her in the face, causing her left eye to swell shut. All of this was done in front of their two-year-old son.

• A man who lives on Innis Road reported that someone entered his vehicle and stole several items. The offender also entered a shed nearby the house and stole some items. The estimated value of the theft is $880.

TIFTON POLICE DEPT.

Justin Jacoby Jackson, 20, 2822 Rainwater Road, was charged Wednesday with underage possession of alcohol.

Heather Lynn Nellis, 31, 409 Julian Joiner Road, was charged Wednesday with theft by taking.

TIFT CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Chalmus Lloyd Lashley, 31, 316 Brighton Road, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended or revoked license and failure to stop at sign.

GEORGIA STATE PATROL

Jeffery Irvin G. Exum, 21, 797 William Gibbs Road, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended or revoked license and a safety restraint violation.
