Devin Zar’bo Barrett, 22, 508 W. 25th St., was charged Monday with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers without force and a child restraint violation.

Terrance Dante Davenport, 27, 259 Tifton-Eldorado Road, was charged Monday with a parole violation.

Manuel Manswell, 38, Alabama Drive, Omega, was charged Monday with public drunkenness.

Jason Lamar Poole, 24, 330 Old Omega Road, Lot 6, was charged Monday with a probation violation.

Jonathan Glenn Price, 54, 488 Mount Zion Church Road, Chula, was charged Sunday with DUI and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Joanne Frances Self, 33, 26 Briarwood Lane, was charged Friday with failure to appear.

Dwayne E. Smith, 38, 109 Taylor Circle, Fitzgerald, was charged Friday with a safety restraint violation and driving without a license.

Adrian Jaron White, 26, 4121 Emerson O’Bynes Ave., was charged Monday with a probation violation.

Lorenzo Williams, 28, 155 Parkway Drive, Lot 63, was charged Saturday with DUI and driving with a suspended license.

Jose Angel Banos, 26, 8 Gene Lane, was charged Friday with simple battery (family violence).

Cody Davis, 17, 2006 Chesnutt Ave., was charged Friday with underage possession of alcohol.

James William Dawson, 50, 330 Old Omega Road #3, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct.

Lacharles Dawson, 41, 313 Old Omega Road, Lot 13, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct.

Jemora Demond Farrie, 27, 213 W. 13th St., was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct.

David Channing Hargrove, 23, 61 Carpenter Road, Apt. A-4, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct.

Beterice Dersandra Loyd, 29, 601 Timmons Drive, was charged Sunday with driving without a license and three counts of safety restraint violations.

Locobi Dante McCormick, 28, 1220 Sussex Drive, Apt. B12, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

Ricky Mingo, 40, 2918 James Ave., was charged Sunday with unwanted person on the premises of another.

Keela Nichole Murphree, 22, 120 E. 13th St., was charged Saturday with a safety restraint violation and driving with a suspended license.
