Police reports for Oct. 13

TIFTON — TIFTON POLICE DEPT.

Leroy Barnes Jr., 54, 1706 Bell Ave., was charged Monday with a probation violation.

Willie Frank Bivens, 64, 341 E. 30th St., was charged Monday with obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force, battery, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender.

Adrian Jarod Stanley, 17, 1910 Ermine Ave., was charged Sunday with criminal trespass.    

TIFT CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Akeem Jabar Furgerson, 24, 185 S. Pickett St., Ty Ty, was charged Monday with simple battery.

Chadrick Ray Landry, 18, 10665 Sims Road, Grand Bay, Ala., was charged Tuesday with an expired tag, DUI, an open container violation, driving without a license on person and one-way roadway and rotary traffic island violations.

Jamie Cornileus Williams, 34, 1704 Mosley Ave., was charged Sunday with simple battery.

GEORGIA STATE PATROL

Marvin Lewis Denson, 56, 311 S. Virginia Ave., was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

Deshrick Jovan Howard, 30, 723 14th St. E., was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain lane.

Victor Antonio Howell, 30, 173 Garden City Road, Omega, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Fred Delee Miller Jr., 29, Ninth St., was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and a child restraint violation.
