Kevin Gene Ritter, 30, 2900 Then Drive, Valdosta, was charged Friday with DUI, two counts of failure to stop at a stop sign, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, two counts of speeding, two counts of driving on the wrong side of the road, driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving without a valid tag, driving without insurance and failure to maintain lane.
