Randall Lee Barton, 41, 186 Zion Hope Road, was charged Saturday with failure to stop at a stop sign, fleeing or attempting to elude police officers, failure to maintain lane, an open container violation, DUI, alteration of license plates, criminal trespass, driving without a license, driving without a license on person and reckless driving.

Kenneth Charles Cosper, 45, 239 Tifton-Eldorado Road, was charged Sunday with a vehicle registration violation and driving on a suspended license.

Wydell Tillman Henry, 50, 1010 Doc Melton Sr. Drive, was charged Saturday with obstructing or hindering law enforcement.

Juan Hernandez, 33, 1630 W.B. Parks Road, was charged Sunday with driving without a license and a safety restraint violation.

Jarvis Tremaine Howard, 25, 694 Collier Road, was charged Sunday with two counts of theft by taking.

Jimmy Lee Jones, 51, 504 Old Omega Road, Sycamore, was charged Sunday with a probation violation.

Rusty Allen Maynard, 33, 1514 Weaver Drive, Marietta, was charged Friday with speeding in a construction zone and driving without a license.

Gerald Dean McLean, 37, 1422 Ridge Ave., was charged Friday with driving without a license.

George Edward Miller, 39, 1659 U.S. Highway 319 N., was charged Sunday with DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to maintain lane, driving on the wrong side of the road, an open container violation, failure to signal and reckless driving.

Jamie Miranda, 22, 1078 Isabella-Nashville Road, was charged Saturday with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Preston Charles Mobley, 21, 300 Vanceville County Line Road, was charged Saturday with failure to maintain lane and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Randall Scott Nipper, 47, 61 N. Carpenter Road, was charged Friday with five counts of deposit account fraud.

Joseph Payan, 18, 300 Vanceville Road, was charged Friday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
