Pranta Lapere Davis, 37, 111 W. 11th St., was charged Thursday with theft by shoplifting.

Billy Wayne Franklin, 20, 19 Bowen Road, was charged Thursday with first degree forgery.

Jamakus Richard Gaskins, 19, 2907 Hill Ave., was charged Friday with DUI, failure to maintain lane and following too closely.

Antonio Nicholas Hester, 22, 823 Armour Road, was charged Thursday with unwanted person on the premises of another.

Shanquia Holiday, 19, 338 Washington St., was charged Thursday with theft by shoplifting.

Shelton Aquan Hunt, 19, 431 Dixie Ave., was charged Friday with underage possession of alcohol.

Juana Gomez, 29, 6 Gene Lane, was charged Thursday with driving without a license and failure to maintain lane.

Troy Glenn Johns, 25, 11470 Dunn Creek Road, Jacksonville, Fla., was charged Friday with speeding in a construction zone and driving with a suspended license.

David Lee Munford Jr., 27, 4121 Martin Ave., was charged Thursday with a probation violation and a parole violation.

Tyrone Edward Polk, 34, 2302 S. College Ave., was charged Thursday with a parole violation.

Selena Geneva Reid, 24, 1103 Shady Drive, was charged Thursday with a probation violation.

Linda Ann Scott, 60, 1925 Woodlawn Ave., was charged Thursday with a probation violation.
