Police report 4-14 Kedith Bernard Williams, 55, 313 Old Omega Road Lot 43, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to stop at a stop sign and a brake light violation. Tifton Police Dept. Juan Ines Guiterrez-Garci, 28, 1050 Ferry Lake Road, was charged Monday with driving without a license, driving without insurance, reckless driving, DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude police officers, failure to maintain lane and failure to stop at a stop sign.
