Rant and Raves for October 4

Off the chain?

“What the state of Georgia did to property owners in all 159 counties is nothing less than criminal. We had better form taxpayer associations across the state to fight our government, because it is off the chain.”

Accomplishments

“Now here’s an interesting thought for a twist on politics. Wouldn’t it be interesting if incumbent politicians could only list in their advertising what they’ve accomplished in their years of service? No more just what they hope to do, rather tell us what they did and then we can decide, hey, yes, let’s keep them or not. Much more informative than just ideas.”

Think about it

“Every time you purchase something made in China, you’re helping China gain influence around the world. That is not good for the United States.”

Good work

“God bless Apostle Cletis Allen for the 30-day revival. Great job. Keep up the good work. Living Word Fellowship.”

Show support

“Want to see great smiles, outstanding sportsmanship? Show your support to our Eighth Street competition cheerleaders Saturday at 10 a.m. at Tift County High School. Let’s cheer these ladies on.”
