Off the chain?

“What the state of Georgia did to property owners in all 159 counties is nothing less than criminal. We had better form taxpayer associations across the state to fight our government, because it is off the chain.”

No more just what they hope to do, rather tell us what they did and then we can decide, hey, yes, let’s keep them or not. Much more informative than just ideas.”
