It's easy for us to change appointments but it's very difficult for patients to understand why a doctor needs time off.”

“Regarding the city's pension fund, the Gazette's headline was misleading. There is no missing money, just a shortfall ‘on paper’ caused by one person projecting a higher rate of return than is historically reasonable and a lower rate of disbursement. However, I do think that city employees should be expected to participate to their retirement accounts through payroll deduction . Where else does the government, e.g. taxpayers, fully fund retirement accounts without any participation from the employees?”

In the end you lose not only that customer but all those that witnessed the incident and those that later hear about it as well.”
