Make right decision
“I was reading the Sunday paper about the McCain and Obama subject and I would like to thank the person that put this in there, please. There is a lot more in Obama than people know and I hope they all make the right decision when it comes to electing our new president.”

Thanks for votes
“To all our family and friends who voted for us for the cutest couple contest, we want to tell you thanks. Although we did not win, we do appreciate all your votes from our daughters, sister and friends. We love you all. We know it is three weeks late, but our appreciation is still genuine. Thank you.”

That settles it
“I’m sure Dr. Hellman knew he would be criticized when he wrote the letter to Christians in the Tifton Gazette. Even Jesus was criticized, ridiculed and crucified. I’m proud to be a Christian, a sinner saved by grace and we all need to take a stand against the evils of this world based on God’s word. Just because something has been a tradition for 84 years doesn’t make it right in God’s sight. Thanks, Dr. Hellman, for choosing to obey God rather than man. Acts 5:29. Remember, if God said it, that settles it, whether you agree or not.”

It worked
“The problem with camo wallets is that when you drop one, you can't see it.”

Stand your ground
“THANK YOU, Tifton Gazette and Hayward Fowler, for your dedication to our children. You both gave fellow parents, grandparents and our children the voice needed to fight for safety in what is supposed to be a safe place, school. Tifton is truly blessed to have local media that will stand their ground and not be backed down when searching for the truth. Without your sincere concern I am afraid the people we elected to run our schools would have done nothing. As a parent I cannot express the gratitude for your dedication and diligence in exsposing the truth in this situation. Again, thank you!”

On to the next
“...I don’t have kids, and when I come to a store and am trying to get waited on and you are over there getting on to a child and can’t wait on me, that’s why I put my stuff up and went to another store, and I won’t be back.”

Professional?
“To MYOB's boss, you need to consider wether you are a professional business or not. A professional-minded businessperson does not bring their children to work, nor allow their employees to do so. Nor do they discuss, politics, religion or sex.”

Be brave
... It takes no courage to spraypaint an unattended anything or beat up someone that can't defend themselves. You want to see bravery, look at the millions of fathers across this country. They take on the responsibility of providing for their families and trying to raise good kids in trying times. THAT's bravery. If these gangs feel the need to ‘defend their turf,’ let them join the Army and go join this country's heros defending the USA. THAT's bravery...”
