Hazel Nagles Bragg

TIFTON — Hazel Nagles Bragg, 85, of Tifton, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, at Golden Living Center. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Funston City Cemetery, with the Rev. Bill Harrell officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 until 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Albritton-Beaumont Funeral Directors.

Born Jan. 10, 1927, in Worth County to the late Dewey Nagles and Lettie Lou Roberts Nagles, Mrs. Bragg was also preceded in death by her husband, John A. Bragg, an infant son, two brothers and two sisters.

Mrs. Bragg, a homemaker, had lived most of her life in Tifton.  She enjoyed cooking, taking care of her family and taking care of her home. Mrs. Bragg was a member of the Church of Christ in Tifton.

Mrs. Bragg is survived by two daughters and two sons-in-law, Carolyn and the Rev. Bill Harrell of Augusta and Lynda and Roy Willis of Tifton; two sisters, Dorothy Shirah of Jacksonville, Fla. and Shirley Wiley of Tifton; her grandchildren, Georgia and A. C. McGill, Laura and Steve Wood, Amanda and Reagan Williams, as well as Jennifer and George Hatfield; her great-grandchildren, Lyndsee Wood, Ty Wood, Dan Wood, Kaitlin Pennington, Blake Pennington, Amy Hatfield, Ryleigh Williams, Tucker Williams and Allison Stovall; and her great-great-grandchild, Aubrey Stovall.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Tift Area, P.O. Box 747, Tifton, GA  31793.

The family wishes to thank the staffs of both Hospice of Tift Area and Golden Living Center for their kindness and attention.
