Diana Wright

TIFTON — She is the first-born daughter to William D. Henderson and Zoie J.  Henderson, who preceded her in death. She asked Jesus to be her Lord and Savior and was baptized at Harrison Road Baptist Church as a young child.

After studying music and English at Georgia State, Diana married Floyd Wright. They were members of First Baptist Church in Tifton, where they lived for many years.

She gave the gift of music to many piano and choir students through the years in Tifton. She also served several churches as vocalist, pianist and organist.

She taught her children, Joy Harden and Michael Wright to love music and to use it to serve the Master Musician. She shared her passion for art, horses and tickling with her four grandchildren, Brenda, Jesse, Rachel and Levi.

Diana is also survived by her loving sister, Deborah Forsythe, and her nieces and nephew, Ben, Melody, Sarah, and Anna.

Diana Wright is now playing piano and singing with the Heavenly Host in Glory Land.  Her music and life always were and always shall be a song of God's amazing grace and love.
