Even though the game was not over at presstime, it was a big night in Athens for a pair of a Georgia Bulldogs from Tifton. Former Blue Devil Israel Troupe caught the first touchdown pass of his career, a 50-yard reception from Joe Cox in the first half. Troupe also took time to honor his friend Chance Veazey. Veazey, a freshman baseball player at Georgia, was honored by the entire football team with the placement of the CV helmet stickers. Veazey is rehabbing at Shepherd Spinal Center after suffering a back injury in late October.
