TIFTON — Mr. and Mrs. Tom Wynn of Fitzgerald and Mr. Kenneth Stephens of Savannah announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Evans Stephens, to David Clayton Huggins, son of Mr. and Mrs. John M. Huggins of Tifton.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Ms. Sally Beaumont and the late Joe Beaumont of Tifton, and Ms. Virginia Martin of Rome, Georgia. She is a graduate of Tift County High School 2002 and attended West Georgia College, VSU and ABAC. She is a Registered Nurse and is currently employed with Tift Regional Medical Center.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. J.W.  Harris of Waycross and the late Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Huggins. He is a 1999 graduate of Tift County High School and is an independent Insurance Adjuster.

The wedding will be held at 6:30 in the evening on Nov. 7, 2009 at Our Divine Savior Catholic Church. Invitations will be mailed.
